NRA FIRST Steps - Pistol Orientation (*Rimfire Only*)

Because this class is focused on individuals new to firearms or those looking for a refresher on the basics of shooting, all firearms used during the live-fire portion of the class will be chambered in .22LR (rimfire). This cartridge produces very little noise or 'kick' when fired, is easy to handle, and is an excellent option for training.
Class Includes:
• Loaner .22LR pistol & ammunition if student does not already have their own*
• Safety glasses & ear plugs
• NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Handbook
• NRA Gun Safety Rules card
• NRA Marksmanship Qualification Booklet
• Class size limited to 4 students for more one-on-one time
• FIRST Steps Course completion certificate
• FREE Bonus - Open chamber indicator flag
* A loaner firearm, ammunition, equipment, and safety gear will be available to all students.
* Students with their own pistol chambered in .22LR (rimfire) are encouraged to bring it along with a case or sealable bag. Ammunition should be factory new and of the correct type for the firearm used.
